Having a current membership of about forty, with a wide age ranging upwards from people in their thirties, meeting or joining us is easy and fun. Enjoying yourself with us is not expensive, and as regards getting yourself kitted out for the countryside we can advise on what to buy and where to get it. We even get discount at some outlets.

Come to one of our Pub Nights, held twice monthly.

On the second and forth Tuesdays of the month we meet at The Bridge Hotel near the High Level Bridge, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We are usually on the right after you come in through the main door. You'll easily spot us, we're the noisy bunch with event sheets on the tables. You will be made very welcome. If you can't spot us, then ask at the bar, they know us well. We meet from 8pm onwards

Come to a few events before you decide if you would like to become a member. You would then join the National YHA first before joining our Local Group.
